Reservations and Payments Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, an event date is not confirmed until a signed copy of contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is received by Hawaii Weddings and Events at which time consulting and coordination services will commence and date is secured. Payment may be
made via cash, cashiers check personal check ( USA only) or credit card
with a 3.5% processing fee. A
$30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks Full payment of
